Welcome to the Lion Press Ltd website.
Lion Press is a UK based small and independent publishing company which publishes Zimbabwean and African literature. We also sell books in Shona and Ndebele, published by other publishing companies in Zimbabwe.
Due to the rapid changes in the book industry (eg print-on-demand, ebooks) the following changes now apply to our company and the services we provide:
1. We now ONLY publish books funded by authors.
2. We now offer a printing service for authors and companies in Zimbabwe, with minimum orders of 100 books. Books will be shipped to Zimbabwe directly.
3. We provide editing and proofreading services
4. Translation services from Shona and Ndebele to English, French and German.
